Tube Cutting Services

At H & H Tube, our award-winning tube cutting services set the industry standard for quality, short lead times, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. With our 80+ years of experience, we have the ability to determine the most efficient methods to produce cut-to-length tubing based on its end use requirements. Our modern facility houses the very latest high-speed precision tube cut off equipment available today, and our proprietary processes allow us to provide consistent, burr-free cuts in the most cost effective manner possible.

Capable of processing tube measuring from 0.125″ to 3.25″ in diameter, our extensive production resources give us the flexibility to provide cut-to-length tubes as short as 0.296″ or as long as 24′. We handle tubing constructed from a large and diverse mix of metals, including aluminum, copper, bronze, and brass alloys as well as steel, nickel, exotics, and numerous alloy compositions. In addition to material testing and analysis, we have numerous other quality procedures in place to ensure the highest level of dimensional accuracy.

As a full-service tube supplier, our expertise extends into many other areas, allowing us to provide you with a full, end-to-end solution. Our other specialties include deburring, bending, end forming, and drilling as well as close-tolerance machining, brazing, leak checking, and more. We have the versatility to manage projects from small prototype runs all the way up to high-volume, long-term production.

Customer service is a top priority. Our willingness to take on new challenges has earned us a loyal customer base that spans a broad range of industry segments, and we are equipped to manage the unique requirements of each one.
