Forming/Machining Services
In addition to redrawing and forming, at H & H Tube, we provide custom threading and end forming of tubing up to 3.125″ in outer diameter. We work with aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, and mild steel materials to produce custom sized tubular products for the automotive, medical, HVAC, and other manufacturing industries. Various available end forms include chamfered, double bead, flanged, PEX, and threaded ends, among others.
Custom fixturing can be fabricated to accommodate custom size and shape tubing. Forming equipment features CNC capabilities and robotic part handling for maximum efficiency and unparalleled accuracy. Many processes can be designed inline to further expedite production, reducing lead times and overall part costs.
Additional fabrication capabilities include forming, bending, machining, and tumbling of components to customer specifications. Our quality management system is designed in accordance with all applicable industry standards and backed by our ISO 9001:2015 certification. The lead time for custom formed products typically averages 6 weeks, with expedited service available to accommodate rush orders as needed.
